"Freedom Hyper Fixation"
At 16, I ran away from home and my abusive aunt. I moved into student housing and had my own room with a mini fridge. For as long as I can remember, I had a hyper fixation meal. After being trapped at my aunt’s house for six years, my favourite freedom meal became grocery store chocolate cheesecake and Coca Cola. My mini fridge was always stocked with cans of Coke and boxes of cheesecake. It was incredibly unhealthy, but I felt so liberated that I didn’t care about my health. I couldn't eat like that now, but it was so good back then.
