"Curds Only"
The first time I tried proper poutine was in Quebec City during my grade 8 trip. It came in a rectangular tin foil container, packed with too much food and too hot to eat right away. It was the best thing I had ever tried in Canada. I had a little allowance for shopping and souvenirs, but I spent it all on as many poutines as I could get. It's still one of my favourite dishes, and I think it's the best dish Canada has created.
